last rainy weekend in April

SWGWSW May block going to Donna in Albuquerque…Pattern from the book 300 paper pieced blocks by Carol Doak Block # 94 block = 8.5” square finished April 24^th 2010

 

Red and white quilt commissioned by Andrea…top finally finished April 25^th 2010…large enough to snuggle in…hope to finish it next weekend to be done with it…

 

Beginning of the center block for the next round robin I want to be in…painful huh?!?  Red pink and white on white will be the colors for this eye burner…hearts optional.  ‘Home is Where the Heart is’ yeah I know everyone has used that title on a quilt er two…

Paper pieced mini blocks are from 300 paper pieced patters by Carol Doak.  House block is # 117 and is 5 inches square, the corner hearts are pattern # 120 and are 3 inches square.  I have another border with 2.25 heart blocks to add then off to a zip lock to wait for the next round robin to start. The block so far is 11.75 inches square.  April 25^th 2010
